I bought this for my mams birthday and she wept. It was made extra special by including her labrador that left us in july. Will be back for other birthday gifts through the next year. I've told all my friends about florence and lavender!

Ordered it on the 12th of December thinking 13days delivery time would be definitely safe to arrive in time for Christmas. Far from!! It only arrived on the 3rd of January!! 3+ weeks later and way too late to call it a Christmas present!! ☹️

I'm so sorry that your order never arrived in time. Despite it being dispatched First Class the day after you ordered (13th of December) it sadly never reached you in time for Christmas. Completely understand how frustrating this is, and for us small businesses that rely on Royal Mail to deliver our parcels.
I shall raise a complaint with Royal Mail, as this was dispatched way before the advertised 'last posting dates' so it should have been with you for Christmas.
