Personalised items are aimed to be dispatched within 3 working days.

Non-Personalised items are aimed to be dispatched with 3 working days.

 

This may vary during peak periods and Florence & Lavender will endeavour to contact customers if this is the case.

 

Orders are sent via 2nd class mail - 1st class upgrades are available to purchase during checkout.

 

Florence & Lavender accepts no liability for lost orders or delays through third parties such as postal providers, however replacements/refunds shall be given at Florence & Lavender's discretion.
