How long is delivery?

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Once dispatched you should receive your order within 2-3 working days, unless you have purchased the 1st class upgrade. I don't upload the tracking details for UK orders, however if you are wondering where your order is, just get in touch & I can provide you with a tracking number!

Do you accept returns? 

Yes (only for non personalised orders) - If an order arrives to you and you aren’t happy please get in touch alongside your order number and I will be happy to help. You must contact me with 28 days. Refunds will be processed upon safe return to myself, I will provide you with a returns address upon request. For personalised orders returns are not accepted.

A bit about my products-

All of my archival grade card I use is of the highest quality available and I source it direct from the UK- from a small producer in the Lake District. The card I use looks like my original watercolour paper for an authentic effect.

Do you offer your prints in other sizes? 

Absolutely! Just get in touch and I will be happy to help you! The largest size I can currently print up to is A3.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we do! – I ship daily internationally so I am up to date with all of the customs requirements. International orders are sent via a fully tracked & insured service for peace of mind. Please get in touch if you have any queries regarding this.
